What is in a format pack?
11 visual formats, all generated from one episode transcript, for $8. The Milo and Juni voiced discussion is separate: Anu starts with a short initial conversation about your show, then sends a per-show quote within a day or two.
Can I change a result after it is delivered?
Yes. Every paid episode includes one free rework. Open your private link, mark different passages, and we rebuild it from those.
What if I am not happy with it?
Reply to your delivery email within 7 days. We rework it first. If it still misses, you get a full refund.
How long do my files stay available?
90 days from delivery. Your files arrive by email and are yours to keep. Your private link stays live for the full 90 days.
I lost my link. How do I get back in?
Reply to any email from us, or write to anu@anufolio.com from the address you ordered with. We resend every link tied to your email.
What can I upload?
Plain text works best. A .txt or .md file, or a .vtt or .srt caption export, up to 20 files, one transcript each. No file handy? Paste the text straight into the form.
